YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!

As specified in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code (Book 1), "the consumer has a period of seven clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or incur penalties, except, where applicable, return shipping costs." We grant our customers an additional period to change their minds and accept the return of goods in new condition for up to one month from the date the package is received.

Consumers who have made a purchase on this site may therefore request a refund for all or part of their order, provided that each box for which a refund is requested is returned intact, unopened, and in its original packaging, to the following address:

As provided in Article L 121-20-1, the consumer will be refunded "no later than thirty days from the date this right was exercised. Beyond this period, the amount due shall automatically accrue interest at the current legal rate."

The refund will be sent to the Customer at the delivery address provided at the time of the order in the form of a French bank check issued in Euros or directly credited back to their credit card, where applicable. For customers without a French bank account, any collection fees charged by their bank will remain their responsibility.


ERROR IN YOUR PACKAGE CONTENTS

We take great care in processing your order. All packages are carefully checked and packed to ensure your complete satisfaction.

However, if you notice an error upon receiving your package or if the products it contains arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately by phone. You can reach us from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM by dialing:

You must make your call within 15 days of receiving your package. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to guarantee an exchange or refund.


NON-DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

In the event that the package is not delivered by the carrier, the customer must inform us within 45 days from the date of the order. Beyond this period, no refund requests or claims will be considered.
